- 5-6 lb semi-boneless fully cooked ham (preferably smoked)
- ⅓ cup white grape juice (or apple juice)
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1½ Tbsp honey
- 1½ Tbsp dijon mustard
- 5 whole cloves
Add the ham.Place the fully cooked ham in the slow cooker.
Make the Honey Dijon glaze. In a bowl, whisk together the white grape juice, brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard and cloves. Pour the mixture over the ham.
Slow cook.Cover and cook on LOW for 2–2½ hours, or until the ham is heated through. Spoon the juices over the ham about every 30 minutes.
Rest and serve.Carefully transfer the ham to a serving platter and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing. Spoon some of the warm Honey Dijon glaze from the slow cooker over the sliced ham before serving.
- Try using apple juice instead of white grape juice.
- If using a bone in fully cooked brown sugar double-glazed ham, omit brown sugar.
