- 3 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup sweetened coconut shredded
Blend the pineapple, creamy yogurt, coconut cream, shredded coconut, and coconut milk until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert the sticks, and freeze for 6 hours for a delicious treat! Enjoy!
