- 16 oz frozen peaches
- 1½ cups peach flavored kefir with probiotics
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
Just throw your frozen peaches and peach-flavored kefir into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. (Some unblended pieces of peach are fine).
Next, whip the heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until you achieve stiff peaks.
Then, add the sweetened condensed milk and the peach puree to the whipped heavy cream, whisking to fold together until a creamy texture.
Pour everything into a loaf pan, 13x9 baking dish, or two quart-sized ice cream containers, and let it chill in the freezer for 24 hours.
Scoop generous portions of the ice cream into bowls.
