- 2 cans of cinnamon rolls with icing (12.4 oz can x2)
- 29 oz canned peaches (drained)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3-4 Tbsp butter (melted)
- ½-1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Place the store-bought cinnamon rolls into a lightly greased oven-safe skillet. Set aside the icing that comes with the store-bought cinnamon rolls for later use. Pour the heavy cream over the top and set aside.
Warm one of the cinnamon roll icing containers in a microwave-safe bowl until melted and pourable. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained peaches, cinnamon, brown sugar, salt, the melted butter, and one of the melted pourable icings. Pour the mixture over the cinnamon rolls in the skillet. Cover the cinnamon rolls and bake for 60-65 minutes. Uncover the last 15 minutes of baking.
Once the cinnamon rolls with the peach topping are done baking, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before drizzling the other icing over the top. Serve for brunch or as a sweet dessert.
