Equipment

  • 9x9 baking dish

Ingredients

  • 16 oz frozen peaches
  • 20 buttermilk biscuits (2 cans - 10 ct-7.5 oz)
  • ¾ cup butter (melted)
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream (more or less)
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • tsp vanilla extract or paste
  • 3-6 Tbsp milk or water (more or less)

Instructions

  • Place those biscuits in a greased 9x9 baking dish, filling any little gaps with leftover dough. Then, generously pour the heavy whipping cream over them, covering the biscuits halfway for a delightful treat!
  • Mix the melted butter, ground cinnamon, and light brown sugar and pour all over the biscuits.
  • Top with frozen peaches and bake at 350º F for 20 minutes covered, then 20-25 minutes uncovered until the biscuits are beautifully golden. Let them cool completely before adding the icing for a sweet finish!
  • Mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract or paste, and milk to prepare a delightful icing. Drizzle it over your cooled baked biscuits and savor every bite! Enjoy!

Notes

  • Serve with vanilla ice cream for a delightful dessert.
  • Try using frozen biscuits.
