Parmesan Potatoes

Crispy Parmesan potatoes served on a white platter, perfect for side dishes or snacks, showcasing golden-brown, seasoned potato bites with a cheesy crust.
These little potatoes are soft on the inside, crispy on the outside and packed with flavor! Perfect for a weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

  • 25-30 baby potatoes
  • 4-5 Tbsp butter (divided)
  • 4-5 Tbsp parmesan cheese (divided)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425º F. Cut potatoes in half. Place 3 Tbsp of butter on a baking sheet and place in warming oven for a minute to melt.
  • Carefully remove the hot sheet from the oven and add all seasonings and 3 Tbsp of parmesan cheese to melted butter. Spread evenly over baking sheet.
  • Place potatoes, cut side down, on baking sheet. Melt 1-2 more Tbsp of butter and brush over tops of potatoes. Sprinkle 1-2 more Tbsp of parmesan over potatoes.
  • Carefully place in preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Potatoes should be tender when pierced with a fork and crispy on the cut side.
