- 25-30 baby potatoes
- 4-5 Tbsp butter (divided)
- 4-5 Tbsp parmesan cheese (divided)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- pepper (to taste)
Preheat oven to 425º F. Cut potatoes in half. Place 3 Tbsp of butter on a baking sheet and place in warming oven for a minute to melt.
Carefully remove the hot sheet from the oven and add all seasonings and 3 Tbsp of parmesan cheese to melted butter. Spread evenly over baking sheet.
Place potatoes, cut side down, on baking sheet. Melt 1-2 more Tbsp of butter and brush over tops of potatoes. Sprinkle 1-2 more Tbsp of parmesan over potatoes.
Carefully place in preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Potatoes should be tender when pierced with a fork and crispy on the cut side.
