Equipment

  • ice cube tray
  • handheld milk frother

Ingredients

Eggnog Ice Cubes

  • ¾ cup eggnog (6-9 eggnog ice cubes approximately)

Eggnog Iced Coffee Ingredients

  • ½ cup eggnog (frothed)
  • ½ cup milk-whole or 2%
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • ½ cup warm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Fill ice cube trays with eggnog and place them in the freezer for at least 5 hours; freezing overnight is recommended for best results.
*I used festive ice molds for extra flair, but you can you a regular ice cube tray!
*If desired, you can simply skip this step and substitute regular ice cubes for eggnog cubes.
  • Gently heat water in a kettle or in a pot on the stove to lukewarm. In a heat proof vessel, mix instant coffee and sugar with water, stirring with a spoon until dissolved. Add milk and blend together.
  • Add the desired amount of eggnog ice cubes to a glass, then pour the coffee and milk mixture over them.
  • Using a handheld milk frother, whip the eggnog in a separate vessel until frothy. If you don't have a handheld frother, you can quickly shake eggnog in a sealed container to create foam. Gently pour over chilled coffee and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
Add additional milk or eggnog if desired.
