Combine ground turkey, diced red onion, chopped parsley, savory Tzatziki, minced garlic, crumbled feta, salt, and the remaining seasonings in a mixing bowl.
Use your hands or a fork to mix everything well! Shape the mixture into eight big, flat patties. Remember, they’ll be a bit delicate, so handle them gently.
Add a little olive oil to your pan and then preheat your cast-iron skillet, or frying pan over medium-high heat. Once the pan is heated, place the turkey burgers on it and cook them on each side for about 5-6 minutes, until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
