Easy Pumpkin Dip Recipe

This easy pumpkin dip is a creamy no-bake dessert made with simple ingredients and warm fall spices. Perfect for parties, Thanksgiving, or an afternoon snack with graham crackers, Nilla Wafers, apple slices, or pretzels.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg 8 oz. cream cheese (neufchâtel or original, softened)
  • ½ can pure pumpkin puree (15 oz can)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (use up to 1 tsp)
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with a hand mixer on low for 30 seconds. Add the powdered sugar and mix on medium for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula if needed.
  • Add the canned pure pumpkin puree and mix on low for about 1 minute until smooth. Sprinkle in the cinnamon and nutmeg and mix on low speed then stir and scrape bowl to fully incorporate ingredients.
  • Cover and refrigerate until you're ready to serve. Serve with vanilla wafers, graham crackers, apple slices, or ginger cookies.
