- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp sweet asian chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic (pressed or minced)
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, grated ( about 2 tsp or 1 tsp ginger powder)
- 6 oz canned pineapple juice
Pour all off the ingredients into a bowl or jar. Whisk or shake well (covered) and use to marinate chicken or pork before grilling or broiling. Check out our Grilled Hawaiian Pork Tenderloin!
Reserve some of the marinade before adding to meat to drizzle over cooked chicken or pork. Discard any marinade that was used in direct contact with raw meat.
