- 2½ cups mini marshmallows
- 9 oz semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 140 g graham crackers (approx. 9 crackers)
- Christmas themed sprinkles
Line a 9 × 13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Arrange the graham crackers in a single layer, breaking them as needed to fit.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat.
Immediately spread the marshmallow mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over the marshmallow layer and spread evenly with a spoon or spatula.
Add the Christmas sprinkles while the chocolate is still soft. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes, or until the chocolate has set. Cut into 20 pieces and serve.
