- 1/3 cup protein pancake mix (ie. Kodiak Power Cakes)
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp chocolate chips (plus more if desired)
- 3 Tbsp milk (or milk alternative)
- 1 tsp oil (coconut, avocado or vegetable)
- 1 Tbsp syrup (maple, pancake, or sugar free)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Spray the inside of a mug with nonstick cooking spray, if desired. Add the protein pancake mix to the mug, then stir in the cocoa powder and chocolate chips.
Add the milk, oil, syrup, and vanilla extract to the mug. Stir in the wet ingredients until just combined making sure to scrape the sides of the mug.
Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Top with whipped cream if you like and enjoy the warm, easy breakfast!
- I used semi-sweet chocolate chips, but dark, milk, or white would also taste amazing!
