- 2 limes (juiced)
- ¼ cup light olive oil
- 2 Tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo
- ¼ cup cilantro
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp honey (more if needed)
- 3 Tbsp water
- 3-4 Tbsp white vinegar
To whip up a delicious chipotle honey vinaigrette, just toss all the ingredients into a small blender or food processor and give it a good pulse until everything is nice and smooth. If the dressing feels a bit thick, just splash in some water and pulse it again until it’s perfect for your taste. This tasty vinaigrette is fantastic drizzled over grilled meats, veggies, salads, or even on tacos. Enjoy every bite!
