Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat breaking the pieces up as it cooks. They should be large, bite size pieces. Continue flipping the pieces until browned and cooked through. Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the Worcestershire sauce and seasoning. Let the beef simmer on low for a few minutes while you prepare the salad.
Distribute the lettuce between 4 large plates or bowls and top with tomatoes, pickles, onion, and cheese, if desired. Divide the beef evenly between the 4 servings and top with the Russian dressing. If I'm feeling fancy, I add a bit more fresh dill over top.
