Apricot BBQ Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup apricot preserves
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ Tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. This will thicken as you cook it for a longer period. You can blend for a silky finish or keep it chunky for more texture. Store it in an airtight container in the fridge.
