Equipment

  • A small mason jar or Tupperware container

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any milk of choice, dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tsp creamy peanut butter (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 small apple (diced)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small jar or container with a tight lid. Before covering, mix well with a spoon, then refrigerate overnight. Just drizzle a bit more peanut butter and sprinkle some diced apple on top before you dig in. It’s a tasty way to add some extra flavor and crunch!

Notes

  • Small mason jars with lids or small Tupperware containers are ideal for this recipe.
  • Warm up the peanut butter in a microwave-safe dish until it's nice and drizzly. It'll be much easier to pour over your overnight oats!
