Apple Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Easy apple peanut butter overnight oats made with old-fashioned oats, crisp, apple, creamy peanut butter, almond milk, and maple syrup. Prep them in five minutes the night before for a simple grab and go breakfast.

  • A small mason jar or Tupperware container

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or other dairy or non-dairy milk
  • 2 teaspoons creamy natural peanut butter plus more for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 small apple diced

Instructions

  • Add the oats, almond milk, peanut butter, maple syrup and most of the diced apple to a small jar or covered container. Reserve a little apple for serving.
  • Stir until thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Stir the oats before serving. Add a splash of milk if they are thicker than you prefer. Top with the reserved diced apple and an additional drizzle of peanut butter.
