Ingredients

  • ¾ cup 2 % milk (or dairy free alternative)
  • apples (roughly chopped)
  • ½ cup plain yogurt (or vanilla flavored yogurt)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash, peel and roughly chop the apples. Place all of the listed ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
