Ingredients

  • 24 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of pretzels
  • 1-2 green apple diced

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish for 45 second sessions until melted. Just stir between sessions. *Caution-chocolate will be hot when removing from microwave and stirring.
  • While chocolate is melting in the microwave, cut apples into bite size pieces. *Toss the apples in a 1 tsp of lemon juice to prevent the apples from browning.

Use a spoon or spatula to swirl the chocolate around until it is evenly dispersed on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the apples, pretzels and caramel on top of the chocolate. Then place the entire pan in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes or until hardened.*Caution-chocolate will be hot when removing from microwave and pouring onto baking sheet.
