- ½ cup cranberry-raspberry juice (¼ cup in each ice cube)
- 1 tsp lime juice (½ tsp in each ice cube)
- 10 oz Choice of Brut Rose Champagne, Rose Prosecco or Sparkling Rose non-alcoholic Grape Juice Cocktail (5 oz in each glass)
This recipe makes two ice cube hearts. Pour approximately ¼ cup of the cranberry raspberry juice into each silicone heart ice cube tray mold and then add ½ tsp of lime juice. Freeze ice cubes for 6 hrs overnight.
When ready to serve, place the frozen heart-shaped ice cubes into coupe glasses or short cocktail glasses & pour a choice of bubbly over the top. Add a Tablespoon of cranberry raspberry juice to each drink, and enjoy!
