- 3 cups yellow and red cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
- ¼-½ cup Feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1-2 Tbsp Greek salad dressing (store-bought)
- parsley (a handful roughly chopped)
Rinse the cherry tomatoes and parsley in water and pat dry with a paper towel. Roughly chop the parsley and set it aside.
Cut the tomatoes in half and place them in a bowl. Roughly chop the parsley and add it to the bowl with the tomatoes. Add the crumbled feta and chopped parsley. Add store-bought Greek salad dressing just before serving and enjoy.
