Shredded Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz can of diced green chiles
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 package chicken taco seasoning

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts into crockpot. Add diced green chiles, taco seasoning, and water.
  • Set crockpot for high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours.
  • Carefully shred cooked chicken with two forks.
  • Serve with hard or soft taco shells. Add toppings like sour cream, salsa, shredded cabbage, shredded lettuce, and Mexican blend cheese mix.
