No-Bake Cheesecake Dessert Jars

If you’re in the mood for something delicious but don’t want to spend much time in the kitchen, these no-bake cheesecake jars are the way to go!

Equipment

  • 6 ~ 8-oz jars or 10 ~ 6-oz jars

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 12 graham crackers)
  • 2 cups milk (cold)
  • 2 Pkg. No-bake dessert mix, Original cheesecake 11.1oz (2 boxes)
  • 1-2 Tbsp blueberry jam
  • 1-2 Tbsp strawberry jam
  • fresh mint leaves
  • fresh strawberries & blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Start by melting the butter in a bowl using the microwave or stove—whichever you prefer! Mix in the graham cracker crumbs until the mixture resembles wet sand. Then, fill each with two teaspoons for the 5-fl oz jars and 1-1.5 Tbsp for the 3-fl oz jars. If you have extra crust, feel free to sprinkle it into the jars to medium heat-pro jar with a hearmaximize every tasty bite! Once done, set the jars aside.
  • Using a fork, whip the cold milk with both of the packages of the no-bake dessert mix at medium to high speed for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add some of the filling to the crust in the 5-oz jars. Use about ¼ cup of the filling for the 3-oz jars, aim for three tablespoons or as much as you can fit in! Remember to leave space for the tasty topping in the jars! Finally, generously spoon on your toppings and garnishes, and get ready to enjoy a delightful treat! *You may have extra filling!

Notes

  • You can enjoy the cheesecake jars at room temperature or chill them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (up to 3 days if covered). For the best experience, add the topping just before serving or up to 2 hours in advance, as it may blend with the layers. Enjoy!
  • Cover and store leftover cheesecake jars in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Try using a seedless Raspberry jam.
