- ¼ tsp salt
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 cups milk
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup (Birch Benders Keto sugar-free brand used)
- 1 Tbsp pecans (optional)
- Add dried apricots, coconut, cherries or blueberries.
- Water can be substituted for milk.
- Use half milk and half water.
- Top with walnuts or almonds.
