- 2 slices bakery bread I prefer Italian
- 1 Tbsp butter
leftovers such as:
- 3 oz turkey
- ⅓ cup stuffing/dressing
- cranberry sauce
- corn
- 3 Tbsp gravy
Slice your bread into 1 inch thick slices. Cut turkey into thin, bite size pieces.
Begin building your sandwich. I started with a layer of stuffing on one slice of bread, then topped it with turkey. Add whichever leftovers you prefer!
Top sandwich with second slice of bread. Spread some butter on 1 side, then place on panini press, butter side down. Butter the top piece of bread, then close panini press.
