Easy Linguine and Meatballs for Two is a simple, satisfying dinner made with homemade meatballs, fresh pasta and your favorite marinara sauce. Perfect for an easy weeknight meal or date night at home.

Ingredients

  • 9 oz fresh Linguine
  • 2 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
  • 11.8 oz Tomato Marinara
  • 8 oz ground Beef 85/15
  • Fresh Shallot

Instructions

  • Boil a large pot of water, add the fresh pasta and cook for 6 to 7 minutes or until El Dante, then drain and return to the pot.
  • Well the pasta is cooking, dice the shallot.
  • Add the ground beef, diced shallot ,the garlic and herb seasoning to a bowl and using clean hands form the mixture into half inch size meatballs. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook meatballs 4 to 6 minutes turning occasionally until cooked thoroughly.
  • Empty the container of tomato sauce into the pan with the meatballs and heat over medium-low heat until warmed for approximately 60 to 90 seconds. Tossed pasta with meatballs and sauce. Enjoy!
