- 9 oz fresh Linguine
- 2 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
- 11.8 oz Tomato Marinara
- 8 oz ground Beef 85/15
- Fresh Shallot
Boil a large pot of water, add the fresh pasta and cook for 6 to 7 minutes or until El Dante, then drain and return to the pot.
Well the pasta is cooking, dice the shallot.
Add the ground beef, diced shallot ,the garlic and herb seasoning to a bowl and using clean hands form the mixture into half inch size meatballs. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook meatballs 4 to 6 minutes turning occasionally until cooked thoroughly.
Empty the container of tomato sauce into the pan with the meatballs and heat over medium-low heat until warmed for approximately 60 to 90 seconds. Tossed pasta with meatballs and sauce. Enjoy!
