Ingredients

  • 9 oz fresh linguine
  • 8 oz ground beef (85/15)
  • fresh shallot
  • 2 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
  • 11.8 oz tomato marinara

Instructions

  • Boil a large pot of water, add the fresh pasta and cook for 6 to 7 minutes or until al dente, then drain and return to the pot.
  • While the pasta is cooking, dice the shallot.
  • Add the ground beef, diced shallot, and the garlic and herb seasoning to a bowl. Using clean hands, form the mixture into half inch size meatballs. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook meatballs 4 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked thoroughly.
  • Empty the container of tomato sauce into the pan with the meatballs and heat over medium-low heat until warmed for approximately 60 to 90 seconds. Toss pasta with meatballs and sauce. Enjoy!
