¼cuplight brown sugar
¼cupketchup
4ozcanned pineapple juice
3ozsoy sauce
1TbspWorcestershire sauce
1Tbspapple cider vinegar
1inchfresh grated ginger(or 1 tsp ground ginger)
2minced garlic cloves
1tspsesame oil
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large jar and shake util well blended. Alternatively, place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until blended.
Notes
In Hawaii, huli means "to turn" and this dish is huli huli because you turn it over often while grilling!
