Creamy Italian Dressing

This tangy creamy Italian dressing is a perfect compliment to any antipasto salad. We use it a s a dip or top our sandwiches with it! It's so versatile!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayo (we use light)
  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely minced)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes (or more if you prefer)

Instructions

  • Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk and store, covered, in refrigerator until ready to eat.

Notes

    • Spread on your favorite Italian sub sandwich for a tangy twist
    • Use it as a dip with fresh veggies
