Ingredients

  • cups sugar
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • cups cocoa powder
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips (Ghirardelli brand)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3-4 Tbsp water
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325º F and line a 9x9 or an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray.
  • Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, powdered sugar, salt, and dark chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together the eggs, oil, water, and vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl until everything is combined. Next, pour this mixture into your dry ingredients and stir it well with a wooden spoon. Don't worry if the batter is thick—that's how we want it! Spread it evenly in your baking dish. If you're using an 8x8 dish, aim for about 40-45 minutes, and for a 9x9 dish, around 30-35 minutes. Just keep an eye on them to ensure they come out perfectly! Cool completely before slicing.   • Once the brownies are out of the oven, they'll be irresistibly gooey in the center! Be sure to let them cool completely for about 1-2 hours before cutting in. For a firmer texture, pop them in the fridge. Enjoy every delicious bite!
