- ¾ cup milk (or dairy free alternative)
- 2 bananas
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder-optional (optional)
Peel and slice the bananas. Place all of the listed ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve over ice or alone immediately. Enjoy!*Makes 2 servings
