Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk (or dairy free alternative)
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder-optional (optional)

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the bananas. Place all of the listed ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve over ice or alone immediately. Enjoy!

  • Garnish with coconut flakes, cinnamon or sliced banana.
