Baked Brie with Honey

Baked brie on a plate with crostini and apple slices
Brie can be served warm, cold, baked in a puff pastry or baked alone with various ingredients. A simple baked brie with honey is my absolute favorite! It has the perfect blend of sweet and salty and makes a great addition to your charcuterie board.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz brie
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350º F. Place a small piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and place brie on top. Bake for about 8 minutes or until center is softening.
  • Drizzle honey over brie and bake for another 2 minutes. Carefully move to serving plate and enjoy with crostini, apples slices, or pita crackers.
