Ingredients:

  • jar of roasted red peppers
  • can of artichoke hearts
  • garlic clove
  • cream cheese-softened
  • mayonnaise
  • parmesan cheese
  • crackers/soft breads
  • cut-up vegetables

Step 1: In a food processor combine and blend the cream cheese, mayo, parmesan cheese and the garlic together. Pour into slow cooker.

Step 2: Drain artichoke hearts and roughly chop. Add to slow cooker.

Step 3: Repeat (Step 2) with the jar of roasted red peppers.

Step 3: Using a spoon, mix cheese mixture with chopped artichokes and roasted red peppers. Set slow cooker to (Low) for 45-50 minutes. When dip is done cooking, carefully puree ingredients with an immersion blender. This will make the dip smooth and creamy. Transfer dip to a bowl and enjoy with soft breads, crackers and cut-up vegetables.

  • 14 oz can of artichoke hearts
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (shredded or grated)
  • cracker/soft bread/cut up vegetables (for dipping)
