The Cinnamon 75 cocktail is a twist on the original French 75~This classy cocktail combines gin, lemon, sparking wine, maple syrup and warm notes of cinnamon simple syrup. Garnish with star anise for a special touch!

Ingredients:

  • gin 
  • fresh lemon juice 
  • cinnamon simple syrup (See Tips for recipe)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup-(Birch Benders Keto Syrup was used)
  • sparkling wine
  • cinnamon stick

Step 1: Add the first 4 ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake and pour into a Champagne flute, or coupe glass, and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with star anise if desired and enjoy!

  • ¾-1 oz gin
  • ½ oz fresh lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz cinnamon simple syrup (See Notes for Recipe)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (Birch Benders Keto Syrup was used)
  • 2 oz sparkling wine
  • cinnamon sticks (simple syrup & garnish)
  • ½-1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
